Le bonheur, simple mode managériale ?

Abstract : Driven by the liberated company movement, happiness at work has become a hot topic. To put an end to the malaise generated by the traditional model Command and control, the proponents of the liberated company propose to empower the employees. Given the plurality of professional identities, we can question this idealization of intrapreneurship. Faced with the risk of psychologization of work suggesting that the person is both cause and solution of the problem, this article aims to better identify the conditions for work organization favorable to the happiness of the workers, at least to their well-being.
